I’m Yos Tarshish - an educator, facilitator, and community strategist with deep experience supporting Jewish communities in moments of growth, transition, challenge and crisis. For more than a decade I’ve led Jewish campus organisations, trained emerging leaders, visited and worked with Jewish communities on every continent, advocated for Jewish communal needs at multiple national legislatures and UN institutions, and built resilient Jewish life in places often overlooked on the map.

Whether I’m working with a synagogue board, a student leadership team, or a small-city Jewish community trying to “do more with less,” I focus on what actually strengthens people - pride, purpose, relationships, and practical tools that hold up under pressure.

I’ve spent years on the ground - in student unions, in synagogue basements, leading rallies, in parliaments around the world, and in boardrooms - helping communities navigate real-world complexity with clarity and depth.
